 * I’m getting the following error when using the Responsive Flickr Gallery.
 * `RESPONSIVE FLICKR GALLERY ERROR - FAILED TO CONNECT TO API.FLICKR.COM PORT 443:
   CONNECTION REFUSED`
 * Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.
 * Any advice?
