Hello. I have installed WP Fusion Lite, I have configured everything correctly in Mautic, I have enabled the API and HTTP connection, I have cleared the cache of Mautic and Cloudflare, but I cannot connect to Mautic in any way.
I have also allowed the connection on the Cloudflare firewall.
I have tried on another website, with another hosting and without Cloudflare.

The Mautic version is 3.2.5 and PHP 7.3.

I always get the error “Error: 404 error. This sometimes happens when you’ve just enabled the API, and your cache needs to be rebuilt”

If I enter the wrong login or password, the system warns me that the login or password is incorrect, so I deduce that there is a connection between WP Fusion and Mautic, but it doesn’t work for me.

    Can somebody help me?

    Hey @markbusin ,

Yeah, that’s a pretty common problem. It’s usually fixed by resetting your cache (https://docs.mautic.org/en/troubleshooting), but you’ve already done that? i.e.
logged in via FTP or SSH and deleted the /var/cache folder?

I’m not sure if clearing the cache within the Mautic app works the same way, to fix it we always completely delete the cache folder from the filesystem.

Otherwise…. the fact that it says wrong password means the API connection is working, and the password check is passing. But the actual API endpoint isn’t available. If that’s not a cache problem, and the API is enabled, then I’m not really sure unfortunately.

I did just update to the latest Mautic v3.3.3 and confirmed that everything is working correctly. If it’d help, you can drop us a line to support@wpfusion.com and we can give you the login / API creds to our test Mautic instance. That might help give you something to compare to at least.

    Cheers
    Jack

    Marking this closed.

Resolution: The URL in the Mautic General Configuration panel was http://, but the site was forcing https://.

Setting the URL to https:// in the settings fixed the issue.

    Happy syncing, @markbusin 😎
