# Connection Issues

 * I had my shop connected and every item showed out of stock on Facebook. I disconnected
   and now I can’t get reconnected. I go through the steps and when I click the 
   Return to WooCommerce Integration button (which is grayed out and I a assuming
   should be blue) nothing happens.

 * Are there any errors that appear at this point? If so can you please take a screenshot
   of it and link it here so we can take a look? You can use [https://snipboard.io](https://snipboard.io)
   for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste
   the URL in your response.
 * Next, could you please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and see if there are
   any logs for Facebook there? If so, can you please share them here?
 * Could you also please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find
   it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
   Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response. This will help us better
   understand how your site is set up and spot any potential issues.
 * Once we have this information we can determine the next steps and help you get
   this resolved.
