Connection failed See the errors in the log below – but no log

    Thanks for the plugin!

    I can’t seem to figure out what I’m doing wrong.
    I’ve tried leaving the password field blank and I’ve tried the one I found on the configuration file.
    I’ve copied over all the parameters as instructed and get the following message:

    Connection failed
    See the errors in the log below

    however there are no errors in the log below.

    A usual cause of the log that is not showing is that your WP site is in https but is configured as http in the WordPress general settings. You can easily fix it by adding an “s” after http in the WP general settings.

    In any case, you can find the log in wp-content/uploads/fg-joomla-to-wordpress.log

    Thank you so much for your reply. The link to the log was exactly what I needed to figure out. Had to refer the FAQs and I’m in business.
