 * I am having trouble with syncing my Woo commerce products to Facebook. I had
   previously installed the plugin and synced the products, later I edited them
   and that did not sync. I managed to delete the whole catalog via “Manage Connections”.
   When I try to sync the products again, I am not able to do so because the popup
   page appears blank. I managed to access the link using Incognito and head to
   Advanced Options and Remove/Delete. The Manage Connections Page provides me with“
   Connection Failed”. I am not able to Access anything through that menu. I am
   also not able to use Instagram Shopping as well because my account was not accepted
   because I had no products or catalogs synced. I would like to completely delete
   the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin and start over. I have contacted Facebook
   regarding this issue and they were no help, because I am outside the US. I don’t
   see why that could be a problem.

 * Hi [@slvana](https://wordpress.org/support/users/slvana/)!
 * I’m so sorry for the trouble that the plugin has caused so far, that’s certainly
   not what we’d hope for as an initial experience!
 * I’m not sure why the initial sync would work, and then fail later on, though
   it seems like there has been some other manual steps performed in between. If
   you’d be happy resetting the plugin settings, we could then look at the issues
   one by one afterward.
 * Would you please [download and install the following small plugin](https://cloud.skyver.ge/X6uOEyG9)
   we’ve created? This will add a new tool available at **WooCommerce** > **Status**
   > **Tools** called “_Reset Facebook for WooCommerce settings_“. Please click
   the **Reset Settings** button here, and then navigate back to the Facebook for
   WooCommerce plugin settings screen to try the initial setup again!
 * Could you let me know when you have a moment to try this out and if any of the
   previous issues persist?
 * Cheers!
 * Simon.

 * Hello,
 * I’m having the exact problem after the last plugin update. My Facebook store
   is not syncing new products, or any modifications.
 * I have tried: deactivating the plugging, deleting some items from the Facebook
   store (I haven’t been able to get them back up), went to “product data sources”
   and schedule a new update… But it’s only uploading 11 items, when I have 14 items
   in my store.
 * Please, help!
    Thank you, Jen

 * Hi [@jpolanco6](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jpolanco6/),
 * Thanks for sharing your experience! As it sounds like you have the sync still
   working for 11 items, with 3 missing, this looks like it may be different to
   the original issue reported in this topic.
 * There can be quite a few reasons why a product would not be synced. These range
   from having no price set in WooCommerce, to being a Virtual product type, or
   previously having their visibility set to hidden! To look into what might be
   the reason for your store it would be great if you could raise a separate topic
   so that we can best troubleshoot these individual issues for you both.
 * Alternatively, you can always raise a support request [via our support form](https://www.skyverge.com/contact/?form_type=general)
   where we can speak with your directly!
 * Cheers,
 * Simon.
