I enter the correct credentials of the drupal “Connection failed See the errors in the log below” message and the log is completely empty. I can’t get past this step.
i exported drupal site’s database and imported to the wordpress site’s database and entered wordpress site’s database credentials and it says the connection is successful but when i click on import it starts and stops immediately. the log is always empty so i can’t see what the error is!
yeah it doesn’t work. i noticed it only imported pages with the urls “…/content/…” but the images are under “…/photos/…” . does it have to do with anything?
I also have a problem connecting, I have a database hosted on amazon, I can connect to it from my pc via the command line and using beekeeper studio, yet when I put the same credentials into FG Drupal to WordPress it can’t connect
If Drupal and WordPress are not installed on the same host, you can do this:
export the Drupal database to a SQL file (with phpMyAdmin for example)
import this SQL file on the same database as WordPress
run the migration by using WordPress database credentials (host, user, password, database) instead of the Drupal ones in the plugin settings. You can find the WordPress credentials in the wp-config.php file.
