    Hi,

    I tried to connect with Facebook. After the last step when you click on “ready” an error shows up – every time I try. Facebook Support wo’nt answer – I wrote them a few days ago.

    Hey there!

    Can you post the error that you see? Could you also please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi @kathiklaudel

    At step “What is Woocommerce Extension V2 allowed to do” make sure all fields are open. Facebook recently updated their settings to toggle “Manage your business” permission to Off by default.

    Without that setting toggled to on the connection cannot be completed.
