    Hello,

I have a problem in the admin of my site (Tools> Site Health):

    – [My website] .: 200
    – Jetpack.com detected an errorr. Visit the debug page

When I disable the Redirection plugin, the connection is done with Jetpack but as soon as I reactivate Redirection, the connection error returns.

Has anyone ever had this problem?
I love Redirection, I would love to keep it.

    Thank you so much.

Do you have any redirects that could be affecting Jetpack? Can you post a screenshot?

    Hi John,

    Thank you for your reply.

I may have redirects that may affect Jetpack but I do not know how to know which ones… I think I made a mistake.

I enclose a screenshot of errors that appear in admin (site’s health).

    1. Guide of the Japanese is not connected.: 200
    2. Jetpack.com has detected an error

I contacted Jetpack, we have tested a lot of solutions and only disable the plugin redirection has solved the problem of connection with Jetpack.

Redirection itself does nothing that would affect Jetpack and the site health check passes on my site. The only thing that could happen is if you have a redirect that might interfere with whatever check Jetpack is trying to perform. You could try disabling the redirects to see which one it is.

Thank you very much for this idea. I disabled the redictions one by one and found the problem:

    /?p=(.*)

What is strange is that the redirection works very well:

Yes, the redirection will work. What is the reason for the redirect? That looks to be the same as what WordPress does when loading posts by an ID number. It is possible that Jetpack is using this to check something on your site, and because you’ve redirected it then it can’t complete the check.

Thank you very much for the explanation.
Unfortunately, I can not remember why I made this redirection. And yet, it was used every day.
Thanks again anyway, my problem is solved!
