 * Hi [@ramyibrahim200](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ramyibrahim200/)
 * I can see that the Jetpack connection to your site is currently broken; however,
   I’ve noticed that this is related to the SSL Certificate of your site that isn’t
   supported by all browsers, as you can see in [the report here](https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=https://amazon.1ti1.com/).
 * I’d suggest reaching out to your host about this, and having them supply the
   entire SSL Certificate Chain so that your site is accessible and supported by
   all browsers, thus making Jetpack able to make communication and send its requests
   correctly.
 * Do let us know how it goes.
 * Best,

 * Thank you for your response and your interest in the issue
    But I installed aapanel
   on my own server I am the hosting provider I got the ssl from cloudflare and
   linked it to my server I encountered this problem on another site and installed
   the Really Simple SSL addon The problem was solved on the other site
 * But I encountered the same problem in that site
    I tried a lot to remove the
   extension and install it again, but there is no solution to the problem

 * Hi [@ramyibrahim200](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ramyibrahim200/)
 * I took another look and your SSL cert and Jetpack connection both look good on
   the above site. It looks like you were able to sort it out?
