    Hello:
    I cannot connect to my SparkPost email server, I got this message from my SiteGround (Host Provider Tech Support)

    I have configured the plugin, however the test message is always reported as Failed.

    I am afraid that I have not managed to find any error messages in our server logs. Also have not managed to find any error logs created by the plugin for troubleshooting.

    That being said, I would suggest contacting the plugin developers as I am sure that the settings are correct.

    Alternatively I would suggest using another SMTP plugin for your WordPress website

    Please post the results from both your Diagnostic Test and Connectivity Test.

    You have configured no security over port 587. I doubt that is correct. I can not tell until you paste the results of the connectivity test
