 * Hi everyone,
 * Recently I’ve moved my site from one server to another. The reason was that the
   previous provider couldn’t support https. This is the third time I’ve switched
   servers, so I know the procedure about disconnecting and reconnecting JetPack
   and everything.
 * However, after the move to the new server and after connecting my site to my
   JetPack/Wordpress account, something strange happened:
    – My Dashboard showed
   no previous statistics, it behaved as if it was a new freshly installed WordPress
   site with no history – My “Personal” JetPack account plan was not recognized,
   and JetPack showed me as being on the “Free” plan
 * I tried disconnecting, reconnecting, uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing
   helped.
 * When I click “Switch Sites” on WordPress.com I can see that there are two sites
   listed. Since “http” or “https”. No matter which one of those sites I click,
   I am always taken to my original site which shows me my original statistics and
   my “Personal” plan. However, when I am in the Admin dashboard on my server, I
   see new statistics and I see the “Free” plan.
 * From my server’s Admin dashboard, I can disconnect JetPack and reconnect – this
   always get me to the “new” site. I tried changing my site URL in the settings
   back to “http” and then reconnect, but I still get connected to the “new” site
   rather than the “old” one.
 * I tried deleting JetPack, reinstalling it, reconnecting… no matter what I do –
   my WP Admin dashboard always shows the “new” site, and my WordPress.com sites
   always connect me to the “old” one.
 * Does anyone have any ideas, what could I do to get this fixed?
 * Thanks,
 * Vjeko

 * Hi there,
 * Your stats aren’t lost – we just need to reconnect them to your new blog ID.
   Your site is assigned a unique blog ID that is tied to your site URL when you
   first connected Jetpack. If the URL changed anytime between the time you first
   connected and when you reconnected, the system on our end would recognize the
   new URL as a new site and would assign a new blog ID – which in turn would appear
   that you lost all your prior stats.
 * In your case, your site URL when you first connected Jetpack was [https://vjeko.com](https://vjeko.com)
   but I also see [http://www.vjeko.com/1579017843-dedupe/](http://www.vjeko.com/1579017843-dedupe/).
 * I have reconnected your stats to your new blog ID and you should be able to get
   your Stats and Subscribers back by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard,
   and disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com – please note that it may take
   up to a day for the update to be reflected in your Dashboard.
 * Let me know if you have any questions.
 * Thanks,

 * Thanks a lot! Yes, I believe I see now what happened. My previous blog provider(
   MediaTemple) had some staging functionality on which I could test new blog settings
   in a sandbox environment. Now I don’t remember the exact address my site was
   given for staging, but I believe the address you show is the correct one.
 * In any case, everything is okay now, and all seems to be working just fine.
 * Thanks!
