Connecting Contact Form 7 To email inbox

    I am trying to get Contact Form 7 to forward the messages collected on my website to my gmail in-box so I can respond promptly. Currently all the messages that come in through CF7 end up in Flamingo which is great, but Flamingo is slow and I do not check it every day.

    How do I connect CF7 to deliver user messages from the contact form on my website directly into my gmail in-box that I check reg?
