Connect Woocommerce to external CRM

Hi,

I usually build basic Woocommerce sites for clients, where basic mean no interraction with any external tool.

Except now I need to. This customer is using a CRM where everything about his customers and their orders are stored. (name, adress, discounts in % etc.)

They need to have the CRM to interract with Woocommerce so that every data gets pulled from the CRM to the site. Example include customer list and pricing conditions.

They also need that every update to the CRM is reflected on their site. This is ok if the update gets run once a day.

Is all of this even possible ? Is the REST API the right place to look at ?

BTW, I won’t do this myself, I’ll hire someone to do it. What I would like to know right now is if it’s possible, and if yes, some general guidelines about where I should look.
