 * Hi [@degtard](https://wordpress.org/support/users/degtard/)
 * Have you get any specific error in error log? I mean any function with file path
   which is causing this issue.

 * Hi there,
 * Could you try deactivating all other plugins on the website except for EDD and
   then try again? Wondering if there is something blocking access to the file.

 * [@degtard](https://wordpress.org/support/users/degtard/) have you checked that
   you already are an approved partner to use the PayPal Commerce Platform solution?
   I had a similar 403 issue with my site, that would be triggered if I was using
   a PayPal account other than the one for which I was approved as a partner. More
