    Hi, I just installed plugin, but “connect account” button is not working! If I click it, nothing happens. Tried several browser.
    Latest version, all up to date

    Hi there, sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin, we want to try to help out.

    Typically, when there are problems with buttons not being responsive it’s related to a pop-up blocker that is running in your browser. Can you please check to make sure this is turned off for your site?

    If that doesn’t solve the issue, it could be a plugin or caching service getting in the way, e.g. Cloudflare. Do you have anything like that running on your WordPress install? If you don’t, that’s ok, we just wanted to check on that first. We can try to look at a few other things as well.

    Popup blocker is deactivated, I use WP-Rocket, but deactivating doesn’t help!

    Hi @ole_wilkenburg ok, thanks for trying that and sharing more information. If I had to guess, you’re probably being blocked by the Akamai gateway, but check out our Wiki for common issues when the sync doesn’t work. Please be sure to read each one of the docs links for more help.

    CreateIT Waitlist Plugin (CodeCanyon) was causing the issue. After deactivating the popup window appeared.
