When I follow the link in the email to my admin area, “Currently 1 comment is waiting for approval. Please visit the moderation panel” it is in the ‘Comments’ section and it is asking me to approve the comment. I am not sure what WordPress expects or what the implications would be to approve or not approve? As it is another’s website and not comments on my site, what does this mean?

I received an email message yesterday from my site, WholeThinking. It stated that I had a comment that I needed to approve. The essay is “Saudi Arabia and the UAE to Block Blackberry” that I wrote back in August.
What is confusing is that I do not have commenting enabled on my site. All the individual did was link to my essay from his story, “Research In Motion makes concessions to India & Kuwait”
