 * Hello,
 * I am try to do these shipping rates just by weight for all the products in one
   shipping class
 * for example
 * 1. USA – $5 for first 0.5kg and then $2 for every extra kg
    2. Dubai – $7 for
   first 0.5kg and then $4 for every extra kg 3. Russia – $13 for first 0.5kg and
   then $3.40 for every extra kg
 * and so on…
 * please help me in this regards because i can only speak English and i cant understand
   your tutorial.

 * There’s no option to configure that rates.
 * You must add one by one all rates that you need.
