# Confusing

 * After 8 years and 200 websites created with Elementor, I am sometimes surprised
   by some updates that defy all logic.
 * Usability has taken a step backward, the elementor user dashboard (inside elementor.
   com) is confusing, and it always takes you to links outside of login.
 * The use of AI tools is also erratic for site creation and gets stuck in a loop.
 * Really, Elementor One has taken a few steps backward in terms of making things
   easy. I’m surprised.
