 * Right. So we need to create API keys now.
 * Thanks for linking to the support pages on how to create the keys, but here’s
   the thing… which key should we be using for this plugin?
 * I’m assuming we should be creating a public access browser key?

 * No API key needed. WordPress has phased out of them. Leave it as is or erase 
   and use “0”. However, if you are in a self hosted site you might actually need
   an API key but that you should have already as it came with the wordpress welcome
   email on install.
