confused! what does changing color scheme change?

    Hello

    I have tried going to the customize/colors/color scheme and playinmg with the 3 options;

    light
    dark
    custom

    but not at all sure what selecting one of these actually changes! Where can I find more detail re this?

    As far as I know it changes the colour of the text in the page and the menu,it is in a dark colour, so not so easy to see. It also changes the colour of the social media buttons, and of the lines in the sidebar or footer, depending on where you put your widgets.

    I cannot check it at this time, because I added custom colours :-), so perhaps it is different

    OK thanks for your reply. The dark choice seem to change the backgound colour but the custom one does not – a littl confusing!

    I don’t think the custom color scheme is working! The light and dark change the background as expected to either white or black.
