Confused about the hosted versus plugins

    Basically I am enjoying using it. The descriptions on the website are a little confusing. Are there features available in the hosted version versus the plugin versions? The only other issue I have is that the hosted Pro versions seems to have a different screen than the plugins. Am I right? Do I need two user accounts for each person doing events and content? Actually would rate it a 4.5 at this point. Only a couple of days into it.
