Confused about existing woocommerce reviews

    Hi there, just installed this plugin and the woocommerc addon and it looks good, hoping it’s the right solution for what i need.
    What I can’t figure out is what to do about the existing woocommerce product reviews. There aren’t that many but i need to get them showing. Have you got documentation that explains the import and export options?

    Thanks for swift response. Can I not do it with a csv I’ve exported using WP All Export and then just map the column headings to your fields? Do I need to import into the db like this? It’s the importing I’m confused about.

    I am not familiar with the WP All Export plugin, but if you use that, then likely you will need to edit the CSV file and rename the column names to match what Site Reviews expects.

    I recommend you use the method outlined in the pastebin file above.

    Once you have the CSV file, use the “Site Reviews > Tools > Import Reviews” tool to import it into Site Reviews.

    I got it working. Exported with WP All Export and set up the column headers that way. Seems pretty good, thank you.

    The next update will allow you to import existing Woocommerce product reviews into Site Reviews with one click.
