Conflit with MailPoet

    Hi,

    During the last month, we’ve been encountering a problem we didn’t have before with the plugin on a client website. They have been using MailPoet for years and Content Control have been working quite fine for months too.
    Our client send a premium newsletter every month and until then, Content Control didn’t show the restriction block within the email (the email uses get_the_title and get_excerpt functions inside a posts loop to display a listing of contents).

    Last month, the newsletter received by recipients suddenly started to display the restriction block for every excerpt of post restricted with Content Control.

    How could we solve this ?

    We’re sorry to hear you’re having issues with Content Control and MailPoet.

    Could you answer the following to isolate the issue?

    1. What version number of the Content Control and MailPoet plugins do you currently have installed?
    2. Did you recently change your restrictions settings? 
    3. Are you using any JavaScript optimization or minification features?
    4. Have you recently installed or updated any plugins, themes, or PHP?

    Also, please send us some screenshots of your restrictions settings so we can take a look.
