• Hi,

    A client is using your plugin. When the plugin is activated we lose weird options such as not able to access drop down screen options and site health tools never completes.

    There are no specific errors in debug mode.

    Once deactivated those functions start working again.

    I reactivatved the plugin, loaded enable Jquery migrate helper plugin to see if that would solve the issue. It did not help the plugin so I deactivated the birthday discounts plugin.

    By the way if you want to check this out for yourself I took a clone of my clients website to one of my test domains and the same thing happens there so you can check it out for yourself.

    That really seems to be some strange issue. Can you tell us which version of woocommerce are you using?

    Sorry for the delay in answering.

    Even with the latest woocommerce updates it still happens.

    WP 5.5.1
    Woocommerce 4.6.1
    PHP 7.3.23

    As I mentioned I have cloned the site onto another hosting where the same thing is happening as soon as I activate this plugin so I can give you access to check it out.
