• Elementor widget sidebar won’t load when editing pages. Disable Cartflows, and it works.

Also, every update we have issues.

Our products and checkout form won’t load on checkout page. Works without cartflows.

    Cannot recommend this plugin.

    Hello @hardtruth3456,

CartFlows do not cause conflicts with Elementor.

Please provide a screenshot -or- a screen recording are you using any other plugin to extend Elementors functionality?

Please share your system status information, WooCommerce > Status > System Status, and share the information with us.

We stuck in a loop when trying to edit our cartflow pages with Elementor. We’re not coming further than the “Loading E” displayed by Elementor.

    Hello @chrismccarston,

Please make sure if the same issue happening while you try to edit your normal WordPress pages using Elementor and share a screen recording of you editing your normal WordPress pages and CartFlows pages using Elementor so that we can compare the issue.

@bhshravankumar thanks for getting back so quickly.

A click on “recreate css” in CF fixed it

So i guess we are liars? That’s great customer service!

Well, we have the proof so we are more than confident. I get it, you have to protect your product so “deny eveyrthing and blame if on a conflict with another plugin like every other developer does” The ol’ WordPress plugin conflict easy out excuse.

Our newest bug is our checkout form and product list on the checkout page just loads forever. You even have an article dedicated to it on your site.

Cartflow has an issue everytime we update it. It doesn’t play with hardly any plugins nicely.

So I guess keep denying the problems and see how that works out in the long run. You have a lot of competition out there. 😉

    Hello @hardtruth3456,

I apologize for the delay in responding to your inquiry. It was not intentional, and I regret any inconvenience it may have caused.

Regarding the issue you’re facing, we have our observations and user feedback. There are a couple of potential solutions that may help resolve the problem.

First, I recommend trying to re-save the permalink settings. This simple action can refresh the URLs and sometimes clear up any permalink-related conflicts that might be causing the issue.

Additionally, we have received feedback from another user who mentioned that regenerating the CSS helped resolve a similar issue. You may want to give this a try as well and see if it makes any difference.

I suggest you to try the fixes on staging website first and to do a full website backup before making any changes on your live website.

Once you’ve tried these steps, please check if the issue is resolved If the problem persists or if you encounter any further difficulties, please let us know.
