 * I have the same issue after updating to 5.0
    After rolling back to Version 4.6
   the failure message disappears.

 * it’s more like a advice to reminds user that same type of plugin enables, could
   cause the conflict , it’s not saying like it will stop work , but there could
   be a potential issue when mis-configuration takes place with multiple optimize/
   cache plugin
