First of all it's a great plugin...My website was fuctioning normally...not at all bulky.

But it conflicts with wordpress default commenting system...at times I see a default comment and at other page I could find jetpack comments...To resolve this I erroneously deactivated the entire plugin which made a fiasco in the comment system.

Whereever default commenting system was viewable before...it has no change but where jetpack comments was seen...there I find a message 'blog token not found'.
Did reinstall the jetpack plugin but the same problem persists.
    Please find my site.
    Please advice.

Could you try switching to a different theme like Twenty Twelve, and see if that solves the issue?

Jetpack Comments relies on the comment_form() function being used to display the comment form. Your theme might use a different comment form function on some pages.

If that's the case, you or the theme author will need to replace it with comment_form() in order for Jetpack Comments to work correctly.

You can read more about this function here:

If that doesn't help, I would recommend that you disable Cloudflare, to make sure that the problem is not linked to caching issues on your site.
