Conflicting with Default Wp custom fields

I have installed the ACF plugin and created some Fields and assigned to the pages. It was working fine but today i have noticed that it is conflicting with WP default Custom fields and dont let me add the new custom fields under any post and page. Please tell me how i can remove this conflict.
