Conflicting preload settings on sub-sites (multisite)

    On a network install, I can access WP Super Cache Settings both from the network admin and from each individual site, is that the default behaviour?

    When I try to set the number of preloaded posts from network link the same options switches to ‘all’ for the sub-sites, and the other way around – when I change the number for a sub-site it resets to ‘all’ for the network and the other sub-sites.

    Notes.
    – the subsite in the / domain in the domain root keeps the settings from changed from network admin, the other sub-sites don’t.
    – it happens along this WP Super Cache Settings linked twice in admin (multisite)
