I am designing my landing page and everything was going according to plan and then all of a sudden what I see on my design back-end is not what is showing on the actual page.

I am using Divi to design my Woocommerce pages and this is what Divi shows me:

And here is what my final page looks like:

Now, I understand that this is a Woocommerce group and not a Divi group but I get the feeling that the weird button and border surrounding the variation dropdown is coming from outside of Divi. I change the settings in Divi in all kinds of ways and nothing will change the look of those things.

Does anyone know where I can look to see how Woocommerce might be theming those? Or, if I’m completely off and it’s a Divi problem, I can head over to their support forums, toot-sweet!

    Thanks!!

    Hi @nathansmart

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Kind regards,
