Conflict $wpdb with Wp 3.5

Hi,I recently update to WordPress 3.5 and around 36 plugins. After update I get an error associated with this plugin and I realized this after deactivating all the plugins and activate them one by one.

After googling I found than the error could be associated to $wpdb and the best forums I found were this:
