conflict with wpml

Hi,

Is installed the plugin in a multilanguage website.
It seems that when i choose the second language, even though it translates correct the categories and shows the correct posts in each language, it does not set the new catID of the translated categories. So when i try to filter the posts in the second language, categories may have been translated correctly but they kept the catIDs from the old language (probably they kept the selected IDs from the administration configuration page).

How can i set this right??
