This is the first I’ve heard of this or seen any type of plugin conflict with the eNews Extended plugin.

I’m about to head out to a date with my wife, but can you confirm you’re running the latest stable versions of WordPress (3.5.1), eNews extended (1.1.1), Genesis (1.9) and WP Super Cache (1.2)?

I’ll setup a test install to see if I can duplicate this issue and go from there.

    Thanks!

Awesome. Thanks for quick response. Yes. Confirmed. (Genesis 1.9.1)

Cool. I realized that after I sent it re Genesis’ version number. Last confirmation (for now): after activating, the Settings-> WP Super Cache menu isn’t displaying in the left-nav bar?

Thanks for helping with the follow-up!

Nope. Left navigation is working fine. There isn’t any js conflict which I found so far. I faced mouse over left menu loading issue with my own All in One Webmaster plugin which I fixed long time back.

In this case, after clicking “WP Super Cache” link, only Blank page is loading. Hope this clears your doubt.

I can’t duplicate it with my initial tests (running Genesis by itself self with only eNews Extended and WP Super Cache installed/activated).

The /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wpsupercache page is loading without issue.

I’m also, frankly, unsure what could be the issue. The plugin just constructs a widget.

I’ll try again tomorrow to duplicate.

After detailed debugging I was able to fix this problem. Found conflict with some other plugins. I would say “multiple conflicts” 🙂

Anyways, closing this ticket. Thanks again.

Crunchify – can you go into more detail on what those other multiple conflicts are? Tonight I went to my WP Super Cache link under Settings and found a blank page. I went to the plugins and tried accessing WP Super Cache there and first got the Advanced screen, then tried to switch to normal and got the blank page again. I’m also on Genesis. Frusturated. Thanks.
