 * i’ve got this version of Form Manager: 1.6.17 and this version of WP e-commerce:
   3.8.5.
    I downloaded the fm-wp-ecommerce-fix.php from the [plugin website](http://www.campbellhoffman.com/form-manager/)
   and loaded into /wp-content/plugins but i am still having troubles with Form
   Manager.
 * The problem is: the field that requires only text doesn’t accept text and shows
   me the classic error “this field must contain only text characters”
 * an help to fix this issue? can it be a conflict with e-commerce plugin?
 * thanks

 * Just to be clear, the fm-wp-e-commerce-fix.php file needs to be in its own folder
   within the plugins directory, so something like wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce-
   fix/fm-wp-e-commerce-fix.php. Just covering all the bases.
 * About the error, is this happening on the front end, when a user tries to submit
   a form?

 * Hi Hoffcamp
    the fm-wp-e-commerce-fix.php file is in its own directory correctly
   inside wp-content/plugins/
 * The error happens on the front end just when a user tries to submit a form. Like
   I said the field that requires only text doesn’t accept text and shows the classic
   error “this field must contain only text characters”.
 * Thanks

 * I’m not sure. If you are certain that the conflict is with WP e-Commerce then
   there isn’t anything I can do. They disable a certain script library in their
   plugin and that has some far reaching effects. I’ll see if I can come up with
   a better fix, but your best bet would be getting WP e-Commerce to not disable
   the ‘prototype’ script library.

 * I’ve tried to install Form Manager and your fix again. Now it seems to work properly.
   It remains a mistery, but maybe it was my fault when Iinstalled it the first
   time.
    Thanks for your job Hoffcamp
