Conflict with Woocommerce on Checkout page

    Hello, I’m using Page Builder on Woocommerce wordpress site. No matter what theme I use, there is a conflict between Page Builder and Woocomemerce on my checkout page. When Page Builder is activate the box with the terms of use is not populatet with comtent. After Page Builder is deactivated the box is filled with content as it should be.

    I already deactivated all caching on the site.

    Thanks. At WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Terms and conditions, what is the ID of the assigned page?

    Thanks. It’s clear the assigned page is not being used. If this were my site I would temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen and test with only WooCommerce and Page Builder activated, no other plugins, just the two, in conjunction with a default theme. This will reveal whether a working baseline is available.

    To confirm the issue is not normally occurring, you can add a product to the cart from https://demo.siteorigin.com/corp/shop/ and check the checkout. I’ve updated the contents of the assigned TOS to be sure.

    Just did id, take a look. Twenty Twenty-Five Theme, Only Woocommerce and Page Builder. The problem still exists.

    Where in the site was a Slider inserted (within Page Builder) that you can think of? I’m trying to imagine where the Page Builder structure we can see at a code level within the TOS div is originating.

    Only on the front page, which is also the Shop page of the store, I have Master-Slider inserted into PageBuilder.

    Success, I removed the page builder on that home/shop page, reverted to simple editor and problem is resolved. Very strange.

    Alright, when the Master-Slider is inserted via the integrated widget of PageBuilder, it brokes the TOS box on checkout. When the slider is inserted via shortcode in the simple WP editor, there is no problem.

    The problem is not with the Master-Slider, but the existance of pagebuilder on the home/shop page.

    Super; great to hear you’ve made progress. I’ll log an issue report later today. To confirm, the cause of the issue was using Page Builder on the Shop page? Is that correct? The page assigned at WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Shop page?

    Thank you, Andre. Just to mention. To replicate the issue exactly as it is, you have to make the Shop page also a Home page. If it is not, then there is also no issue by me.
