Conflict with Woo Themes widget woo-tabs.php

    When I try to activate WP Boxer, I get follow fatal error message: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare filter_where() (previously declared in C:\xampp\htdocs\Wordpress\TaxProblem\wordpress\wp-content\themes\canvas\includes\widgets\widget-woo-tabs.php:308) in C:\xampp\htdocs\Wordpress\TaxProblem\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\boxer\wpboxer.php on line 1083

    I have renamed the filter as where1 in wpboxer.php, but I still get the same error. Any ideas on how to fix this conflict?

    I forgot to add the following if this helps any. I am using XAMPP for a local host and the theme is Canvas from Woo Themes.
