i fixed this by using manual minify mode with w3 total cache plugin.
i used the wizard help function on the minify tab to load all the java script and css files, then i exluded only the kk star rating css file and it started working.

I have not tested but I guess turning off google rich snippets will help avoiding conflicts with the cache plugin.

The thing is that with google rich snippets enabled, the ratings are sent on page view rather than via ajax (when grs is disabled). This is required as crawlers only see the page view and not anything received via AJAX.

So, I may say either use the cache and disable grs or leave the cache and enable grs.

Having that said, I will seek into it more further if I get the time 🙁

    Hope this answers your question.

my last fix ended up making an image gallery plugin stop working.

so i put w3tc in automatic mode again and i tried disabling google rich snippets. and now there is no vote function, not sure what its supposed to look like but you cant vote.

can you tell me if it is at all possible to use w3 total caches in automatic mode and just exlude the js or css files? i keep trying different configurations and nothing works just right.
