Hello @magustsf ,
When I enable the “Send as a separate email” option I still receive the WCMP vendor emails just fine. What are the emails you aren’t able to receive?
Anyway, since it’s a email issue and we’ve recently helped a customer regarding a related matter, please check if this could help you if sending the password via email might be related to your question
1. KEEP SENDING THE PASSWORD VIA EMAIL
If you really want to keep sending the password via email you could try to:
– Disable “Send as a separate email” option
– Disable “Delay standard WooCommerce customer new account email”
2. DO NOT SEND THE PASSWORD VIA EMAIL
If it’s a reasonable scenario for you to stop generating the password automatically and consequently stop sending it via email, you could simply try to:
– Disable “When creating an account, automatically generate an account password” on WooCommerce > Accounts & Privacy
All of the WCMP email templates disappear from the woocommerce email settings. We don’t send passwords via email, the user creates their own. We installed this plugin to help combat spam registrations by forcing the user to authenticate their address before allowing access to the site. I have disabled the Send as separate email option, which brings the email templates back onto the settings page, but as I said, I would prefer to keep that option enabled rather than sending out a combined welcome and activation email.
Hi @magustsf ,
Please try to update to version 2.0.3.
If it doesn’t help, try to change the “Email sending trigger” option
Hi again @magustsf ,
I was able to reproduce the error this time and I believe I could fix it for good now. Please update it to version 2.0.5 and let me know if it works for you 😉
I’m going to close the ticket.
If you notice something else let me know 😉
