Conflict with user password functionality

I have been facing issues with the user password functionalities in wp-admin, which have not been working neither for new users nor for active users, whose passwords I wanted to change. I used wp_debug and from the debug.log file I could see that the problem was with NGG and the theme re missing call to wp_footer() in the latter. I fixed that and the problem was solved when I activated NGG. Nevertheless the problem persists once I activate your plugin. As I find it to be a very useful tool, it would be greatly appreciated if you could suggest a solution, so I could keep it active. Thanks.
