• Hi

I have recently updated my Firefox browser to v 36.0. Unfortunately my website now does not load properly and only shows the main menu and the header slideshow. None of the body of the webpages are shown. I decided to deactivate my Plugins one by one and found your Plugin to be causing the problem.

Your plugin is currently deactivated on my website but I will reactivate the plugin for a short while so that you can see the problem if you require. The website can be found at http://www.peakandfellwalking.co.uk/

I await to hear from you.

    Thank you.

    Kind Regards

    Neil

Hi Neil! I had a look at your site, but Jetpack does not appear to be active at the moment. I tested a few other Jetpack sites in Firefox v36.0, and everything worked as expected.

Are you still having trouble? If so, could you please temporarily reactivate Jetpack so I can take a look? Or provide me with a link that shows the problem?

Just let me know, and we can go from there!

    Hi Ryan

Ok … thanks for taking a look. I have now activated Jetpack again. If you look at Firefox it still has the same issue. You need to try using Firefox a couple of times as the first attempt seems ok but on subsequent attempts it fails (and only shows the main menu and the header slideshow).

    I hope this helps.

    Kind Regards

    Hi Neil,

Thanks for the update! I have been able to reproduce the issue in Firefox. I noticed that there are a few Javascript errors on your site. The errors seem to be triggered by scripts in these plugins:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/rj-quickcharts/
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/ipu-chart/

Can you try temporarily disabling those two plugins? Then, see if the issue persists. This will allow us to confirm or deny that one/both of these plugins is causing the conflict.

Please let me know how that works for you!

    Hi Ryan

I have disabled both the plugins you mentioned. Unfortunately the problem does still persist.

    Kind Regards

Thanks for giving that a shot! Could you try to temporarily disable all of your other plugins? Then, check to see if the issue persists.

If it does, could you try temporarily switching to a default theme (like Twenty Fifteen)? Once again, see if the issue persists after that.

Please let me know how the above works for you! This will allow us to confirm or deny plugin and theme conflict once and for all.
