MORE:
Oh, now that I navigate in my admin, I realized that it creates more than just that problem. The themify builder is not working properly with the Swift Performance Lite plugin activated. Too bad!
Yes, I use premium. I paid for lifetime member. It’s in themify ultra that I have the problem.
I posted the problem on support already.
But I remarked that it causes problems a lot many places in the themify builder. Not able to get the library to change images and more strange twitch.
Thanks 🙂
We will reply you via our support forum.
Ok, thanks a lot for your help.

Hi Isabelle,
It is a bit confusing right now, and I am not sure if your issue has already been solved.
Anyway, there is an invalid HTML tag in source, which break the dom parser.

You may ask if Themify Theme author can fix this issue. If not, please let us know, so we can provide a custom filter to solve the issue with the video.
Hello, no, it’s not fix yet.
Thanks, I will forward your message to themify.
The issue is resolved by clearing the plugin cache: https://cl.ly/50548fc27b33
No, it’s not. I will record the strange behavior and show it to you.
Ok, now it is fixed. Thanks
Happy to hear the issue is resolved.
Oh well, you will not be happy, because it started again.
It was fixed and now it’s not anymore. I just record the behavior (I am sorry, it’s my first recording with that kind of tool).
So, you will see that the video that is embeded bellow in the page, opens at the beginning to cover the hero image and more.
So, the problem is intermittent.

There is something on the homepage causing the issue. If you check test page I created (you need to login to see the test page), it is fine: https://cl.ly/a05dd932b415
According to Chrome Inspect, the HTML markup is wrong: https://cl.ly/2adb08716074 (it is missing the Builder row div tag). This means there might be invalid <div> or extra closing </div> tag on the homepage. That’s why the test page is fine.
Ok, but how do you explain the fact that if I remove the plugin Swift Performance Lite, the problem doesn’t exist?
When I created this website, I just follow the instructions by using the themify builder.
So, what is recommended to fix the problem ?
I have to find the invalid div and remove it or it would be better for me to start all over the page to be sure?

You may ask if Themify Theme author can fix this issue or download this file. You may install and activate it same way as a regular WordPress plugin.
