In the latest update of WooCommerce Blocks I experienced a conflict with my Themify Shoppe theme. The update broke several areas of WooCommerce related features. Previous to this WooCommerce Blocks update everything worked fine.

    1. Side Menu icon remained present but would not pop out when clicked.
    2. Cart icon vanished.
    3. Content area ignored header area and therefore header overlayed content area.
    4. Product image and gallery on single product page vanished.
    5. Cart, Checkout and Wishlist pages would not load.

I have since disabled WooCommerce Blocks and when I did the above stated issues rectified themselves.

Why is the latest update creating conflicts when there was none before?

  • The same issue with Porto Theme.

@itomaro Try the plugin with another theme. If the issue persists with other themes, it is like related to the plugin, not the themes.

    Hi @mikehall96 & @itomaro

This problem is likely happening due to the WooCommerce compatibility (or lack thereof) of third party themes. Can you update to 2.2.1 of the plugin to see if you still see these problems?

The latest update offers a lot of fixes for the custom CSS issues which might have triggered the problems in the first place:

Fix: Allow custom CSS classes on grid blocks.
Fix: Allow custom CSS classes on featured product block.
Fix: Allow custom CSS classes on product categories list.

In case the problem still persists, can you go here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-gutenberg-products-block/advanced/ – scroll down to the bottom of that page, and download an older version of the plugin to see if that fixes the problem?

Let us know how that went.
