Conflict with theme means 'Start Quiz' won't work.

    Great plugin, so excited to find how feature-packed it is and really excited to get our first quiz up and running.
    Like many others, I found that the ‘start quiz’ button wasn’t working. After testing all the plugins for conflicts, found it was the theme that seemed to be the issue: RT-10 from Theme Forest, that seems to be the problem.
    Wondering if you may know where the conflict might be?
