Conflict with the WPBakery Page Builder

    Hi Team,

    We are facing the issues in GamiPress when we activate the WPBakery Page Builder plugin.

    Can you help me to resolve that issue?

    Hi @rubengc,

    We are not able to add the point singular and plural name of the points and same for the awards and all. Basically we are not able to see that metaboxes and also the points system are not working.

    Then as you describe, the issue is that WPBakery Page Builder or other plugin is causing issue yo the GamiPress metaboxes display

    Have you tried to disable all plugins and activate then one by one to check which of then is causing the issue?

    Also, if issue persist with just GamiPress active means that issue comes from your theme

    To quickly explain you want happens internally:
    GamiPress uses a library named CMB2 to render those metaboxes, if another plugin loads an outdated version of this library it could cause issue, for that is sure that issue comes from another plugin or theme

    I will mark this issue as resolved since issue comes from a third party plugin

    I can confirm that this is a conflict issue. The way I am currently solving for it is to deactiveate WPBakery Page Builder, edit my items in GamiPress, and the reactiveate WPBakery Page Builder so that I can edit pages.
