• After installing and activating Jetpack my footer widgets suddenly disappeared from my pages on my website – welcometocotacachi.ca. Their support said it was a plug-in conflict and Jetpack was the culprit. Given that Avada is the number one WordPress theme with over a hundred thousand users, plus the popularity of Jetpack I find it hard to believe they can’t get along. I’ve used Jetpack for years and really miss having the features with my Avada themed sites.

    Any solution?

Hi there! I’m not aware of any conflicts between Jetpack and the Avada theme. And since Avada is a premium theme, I’m afraid that I’m unable to attempt to reproduce the conflict myself.

Could you either create a temporary account for me on your site, or spin up a new test site with Jetpack and Avada active on it? Then, send us a message using our contact form here to keep things private:

Please be sure to include a link to this thread in your message.

    Thank you!
