# Conflict with StopBadBots Plugin?

 * While viewing email log by clicking View or Session Transcript, the opened windows
   is not displayed correctly. Once I disabled StopBadBots (by Bill Minozzi), the
   windows is back to normal.
 * Could you take a look?

 * There is no error in the diagnostic test report.
 * I attached 2 screenshots of what I saw:

   Disabled StopbadBots: [https://imgur.com/UYZd2So](https://imgur.com/UYZd2So)
 * As can be seen from the first screenshot, when StopBadBots is enabled, viewing
   email log (by clicking View or Session Transcript) is not displaying correctly.

 * It is happening because StopBadBots Plugin is overwriting WordPress’ ThickBox
   CSS, which is not a good approach and you need to talk to BadBots Plugin support.
