I use SendGrid to send my newsletter. When the SendGrid plugin is active, Notifications are sent. When I deactivate SendGrid, notifications works. I assume it is a SendGrid issue and will contact them, too. Hoping you have run across this issue and can provide me a fix.

    Hi @pundito,
    Thanks for your message.

Can you clarify which works and which doesn’t? It wasn’t clear from your message whether BNFW was sending notification if the SendGrid plugin was active in inactive.

    Thanks,
    Jack

Thank you for replying and sorry I wasn’t clear. When the SendMail plugin is active, Better Notifications emails are not sent.

    Hi @pundito,
Not a problem, thanks for clarifying.

Have you tried with the Postman SMTP plugin which can connect to SendGrid using their API instead?

This would at least rule out if the SendGrid plugin is at fault and Postman SMTP also give a nice email log to see if the notifications are being sent out but just not recieved.

    Thanks,
    Jack
