    Hello RavenH
I wanted to inform you that after I updated the plugin, this conflict message asks me to delete it my robots.tx file,

How do I resolve this problem:

The following static file has been found. Either delete it or disable the conflicting sitemap.

Apart from this seemingly all this norm after its update.

  • Hi, you can decide to keep your static robots.txt file by using the link “Ignore” under the message. Or you can let the plugin delete the static file and let WordPress generate it’s own version.

If you have custom robots.txt rules in your static file, you can copy them over to the Additional robots.txt rules field on Settings > Reading.
