Conflict with Related posts

Hi everyone,

I’d like my footnotes appear on the bottom of a post, but above my block with related posts. I can’t figure out how to do that.

Example:
http://text.phomic.de/journalismus/die-luege-vom-sozialen-ausgleich/

Although I can instruct my related-posts-plugin to position its output x paragraphs from the bottom or at the bottom AND although I can give it a certain priority for the WP-loop, it ignores my footnotes. My guess: because it just does not know about them.
Footnotes again ignores the related-posts-block altogether as well. So I am deadlocked, as it seems.

Any help appreciated.
