• Hi, I have an issue when your plugin is active on my website.

When it’s enabled, the field “Regular Price” in Simple or Variable Products is gray, set to 0 and impossible to edit. To operate I have to disable your plugin, edit the prices, and enable the plugin.

Here you can find a screenshot. SCREENSHOT OF THE ISSUE

I tried to disable all plugins, except woocommerce and your plugin, but the problem is the same. I updated at the last version.

Can you help me? Thanks a lot.

  • Hi @edvision,

    For your information:

In the free version of our plugin, only simple and subscription products can be searched and added as stated in the description of our plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-bundle/.

Instead, free users can now add unlimited products as they prefer.

Variable products and variations are only available in the Premium version.

In case you need further instructions, kindly refer to this online documentation: https://doc.wpclever.net/.

If you are using pro version, pls kindly submit a ticket to our support page to request for helping because this forum mainly support for free version. Our support team will respond to you as soon as possible

    Best regards.`

The problem is that when the plugin is activated, I cannot change the prices of all products (not just those created with your plugin).

I have inserted a screenshot. The field is gray and contains 0.00 as a price. Is there no way to solve the problem?
